Q: What is CodeAds?

Q: What are CPM ads?
A: Stands for "Cost Per 1,000 Impressions," and is used in online advertising. CPM defines the average amount of revenue a web publisher receives for every 1,000 impressions on his website. An impression is counted each time an advertisement is shown. While some advertisers pay publishers an amount based strictly on impressions, most advertisers pay for individual clicks or leads generated from their advertisements. Therefore, CPM is typically an average of the revenue generated from clicks or leads for every 1,000 ads shown.

Q: What does it cost to join CodeAds Partner Program?
A: Becoming a member is absolutely FREE and easy. We will provide you with all the necessary linking codes as well as our state of the art customer support.
Q: Do you accept web sites outside of the US or Canada?
A: Yes, as long as your site is written in English.
Q: My site is not live yet. Can I apply anyway?
A: No, your site must be up and running before applying, but please apply as soon as your website is up and running.
Q: Are all your applicants accepted into the CodeAds Partner Program?
A: No. Due to our strict eligibility requirements less than 30% of websites that apply eventually get accepted into our program.
Q: Do you allow more than one affiliate account?
A: No. You are allowed only one account. If you have more than one affiliate account, all your accounts will be terminated and you will lose all money earned.
Q: How long does the application process take?
A: We will review your application to become a partner and will notify you with your login information usaually within 48 hours.
Q: What ad formats do you currently offer?
A: Banners (468x60 expandable to 728x90), Skyscrapers (120x600 expandable to 160x600). Our affiliate network has everything from banners to buttons.
Q: Can I place more than one ad code per page?
A: No, you may only place one ad code per page.
Q: Can I use my CodeAds code on more than one website?
A: Yes, you can. PLEAST NOTE: Your site cannot allow ads on any sites or pages that you are not directly responsible for the content.
Q: Do you monitor our traffic?
A: Yes, CodeAds monitors all traffic. Among others, we check for open proxy traffic and country traffic. If your account is found to be producing views with an unreasonable amount of open proxy traffic, your account will be deleted. At all times you are responsible for your own traffic. No credit will be given for any view originating from a non-approved country.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: You get paid for displaying banner ads on your website. The more traffic you send the more money you make. You will get paid within 48 hours when you have earned a $10 minimum payout. You may view your stats and how much you have earned online at any time.
Q: How will I receive payment?
A: All publishers can be paid via Check ($20 fee), Bank Wire ($50 fee) or PayPal (5% fee). PLEAST NOTE: Check/BankWire may acceptable to those who earn more than $1000/month.
Q: Do you pay for traffic from all countries?
A: No, we only pay for traffic coming from United States, Canada.
Q: Can I manage my CodeAds account online?
A: Yes, you will be given a login and password that will give you access to the Partner Member area 24/7 365 days with live stats.
Q: How often are stats updated?
A: We provide you with real time reporting, that means you can login to your account at any time, day or night, to check your latest up to the last minute earnings data.
Q: Why do I detect a different number of page impressions than what shows in my reports?
A: 1) We only pay for traffic coming from United States, Canada; 2) We have a 30 second timer; 3) 24 hour IP unique, which means that in a 24 hour period we don't credit the same visitor twice; 4) Browsers that don't have JavaScript enabled or don't support JavaScript; 5) Browsers that don't support the <iframe> tag.
Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes. You are paid 5% of all earnings from accounts that are referred by you and are subsequently accepted into our affiliate network.
Q: May I apply multiple times and/or refer myself to earn an extra 5% referral bonus?
A: No. You may not refer yourself or apply for multiple accounts. However, you may use our ad code on your other sites that you might have.
Q: I have forgotten my username and password.
A: Please go to the login page at the bottom of this page, where you will find a link to recover your password.
Q: What is inactivity?
A: Any publishers who has no activities more than 30 days may determined as an inactive member. We will remove those inactive members weekly basis and will result in forfeiture of all money owed.
Q: Are there any other restrictions?
A: Our "Terms of Service" spell out all the conditions that our members must adhere to. Violations to these terms of service will cause termination of your account with us.

A: Customer service is a top priority with us, so you may contact us anytime, and we will reply as soon as possible. Usually within 24 hours.
